Bill has most recently won a prestigious cover competition with his work appearing on the cover of American Artist Magazine. (Image is attached). The national exposure lead to a request to produce all artwork for a new Eastwood movie filmed in Carmel about an art prodigy who gets pulled into the world of international art forgery.
